Terms And Conditions Of Bouncy Castle Sales.

 
PAYMENT:
We require a 25% deposit of the purchase price, When placing your order, the balance is to be paid in full 7 days before we will deliver. An order can be placed by email, phone, fax or letter.
Payment is via our secure online Payment service, we will accept all the main Credit and Debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Solo, etc. We will also accept cheques and Postal Orders via post made payable to Krazy Castles Ltd. Goods however will only be shipped once the cheque has cleared; this could be anything from 5 – 7 days from representation.
All prices shown are plus VAT @ 17.5%.
OWNERSHIP:
Ownership of goods will pass to the purchaser when ‘Krazy Castles Ltd' receives full payment via Credit Or Debit Card (and or when any cheques given in payment have been honored). Where goods are lost, damaged or destroyed after delivery and ownership has yet to pass, the purchaser will indemnify ‘Krazy Castles Ltd' against any loss incurred, provided such loss, damage or destruction does not result from ‘Krazy Castles Ltd' negligence.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS & DELIVERY TIMES:
No responsibility can be accepted for late or non - delivery, unless the carrier and ourselves are informed in writing within 7 days of advice. Our 30 day Delivery times are to be used as a guide, and not to be relied on. Do not take any bouncy castles bookings in advance, as we will not be held responsible. Contents damaged or contents missing, must be signed for accordingly (if possible) and reported to the carriers and ourselves in writing, within 3 days of delivery.
It is your responsibility to send the faulty goods back to us by a insured signed delivery service.
You shall bear the full cost of this service.
We reserve the right to make an exchange for any faulty goods or to issue a credit note against any payment made to us in the event of the return of faulty goods.
Once we have informed you your castle is ready payment is due immediately, you are also required to collect or arrange for us to delivery your castle to you within 30 days.
After 30 days we have the right to sell your castle to the highest bidder on our website, and you shall be sent any money left after taking out all storage and administration costs.

PRICES:
Our current prices are as displayed on the website. If a product is incorrectly priced at the time of your order, we will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity to advise you of this. At this point you have the right to change or cancel your order.

RETURNED ITEMS:
Returned goods will only be credited if returned to us in perfect condition, after talking to us first and within 7 days of the invoice date, with the respective invoice number and date and where applicable, in the original packing.
Because we make our castles for businesses as 'one offs' and are unique, any cancellation on your part will allow us to keep your original 50 % deposit for costs incurred.
The customer will also bear all costs for delivery to us, it is highly recommended you send all goods by insured recorded or special delivery.

PACKAGING AND CARRIAGE CHARGE:
All orders, irrespective of value, are subject to a min £10.00 packing and carriage charge.
Most bouncy castle charges are £55, Crash mats are £10 Electric fans are £20

STOCK ITEMS:
All items available from stock are dispatched at the time of handling your orders. However, on some occasions we run out of stock, in these cases we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS:
All new Inflatable's sold have a limited manufacturers warranty, which is applicable against any defect in workmanship of the inflatable and against material defect for a period of 18 months, (unless stated elsewhere) from the shipping date. All units should be inflated upon arrival and examined carefully. Any damage incurred through mishandling of the carrier or weather related damage is not the liability of ourselves. As we can not be held responsible if you select to use a carrier to transport the goods and they become lost or damage. Please report damage to the carrier immediately. Any defect should be reported to ourselves in writing within 3 days of the arrival date. Failure of buyer to give written notice shall be deemed to be a waiver of a claim for defective products. We have the right to inspect the unit and if the defect has occurred under the conditions listed in this limited warranty, we will determine whether it is practical to repair or replace the damaged or defective parts at the designated location that we have authorized. Any unit returned to us for inspection MUST be in clean, dry condition.
Our warranty is not a guarantee that the product will not through use, handling and storage develop tears or punctures from time to time. The repair of which is the responsibility of the buyer. Improper maintenance or accidental abusive or negligent treatment of the inflatable will invalidate the warranty. If after initial viewing we believe that the unit has been subject to improper use or incorrect maintenance or neglect, we reserve the right to terminate any warranty. This term is non-negotiable. The cost of delivering the units to and from the designated location for evaluation within the warranty period, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If the unit proves to be defective under the warranty terms, then we will bear the cost of shipping. Otherwise all shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. All activity castles with items protruding i.e. bish bash and wall with holes etc, are not covered within the guarantee.

DISCLAIMER
We have made every possible effort to illustrate size and dimensions as in the advertising. All sizes are based on pre-assembled measurements, and therefore may vary slightly. All sizes are approximate and colours may vary. All measurements include the front step where one is applicable. The descriptions used are for our sole identity of the products and have to claim against the warranty limitations. We disclaim any responsibility whatsoever to buyers or to any other person for injury to person(s) caused by any product which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accidents, or misapplied or modified or improperly installed.
We make no warranty for additional products sold to purchaser that is manufactured by a 2nd or 3rd party nor are we liable for any defect that could cause loss of use or injury to these items. We endeavor to re-produce from images as close as possible but designs, colours and sizes can vary. Whenever specific colours are requested, we always endeavor to meet these, however, should a particular colour be out of stock an alternative will always be used.
All prices quoted exclude VAT at the current UK rate unless otherwise clearly stated. You affirm that you understand that all transactions are business-to-business and therefore are not covered by The Sale of Goods Act.
