Opening Hours: Monday - Sunday  9am to 9pm
Bookings can be placed by phone, fax or email.
We do ask for a non-returnable booking deposit of £20. (Unless bad weather)
This can be paid by Credit or Debit Card or Cheques made payable to: Krazy Castles Ltd, This fee is taken off the total hire charge on the morning of your hire. Our booking deposit scheme guaranties we reserve a castle just for you. Deposits need to be paid at least 3 weeks before your required date to guarantee your place. Once we receive your £20 booking deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter.
We have the right to re-book any date if we do not receive your booking fee, 7 days before hire unless prier arrangement has been made.
 Using this method we have achieved a 100% Reliability Record.
Adult Games and Sumo Suits require a £100 cash returnable deposit on day of hire.
Delivery Times
 Delivery times are from 8.00am till 1.00am
More accurate delivery times can be attained the evening before.
A responsible adult needs to be in to take delivery, to be shown safety procedures and to made full payment. (cheques only accepted with valid card.)
We have a lot of castles to deliver on the day, and time is short so If you are not in between 8am & 12am or if your garden is not ready or there is not sufficient clear access on the day, our driver will leave!
Collection Times
Collection times are from 4pm till 7pm
Everyone gets a minimum of 6 Hours Bouncy Castle Hire.
We tell you on the morning of your hire your collection time,
 please make sure that you are ready for us when we collect.
All other times are by prier arrangement ONLY and will be charged extra.
Refusal:
We have the right to refuse any castle booking on the day if you are not in, there is not enough clear access, the ground is not reasonably flat and clear from dog poo, stones, glass, sharp objects, garden furniture, overhanging trees, or where we think the castle will not be safely operated.
WE DO NOT HIRE OUR CASTLES ON CONCRETE OR TARMAC FOR SAFETY REASONS
Age Limit:
Our bouncy castles are for children up to 13 years of age,
Please book our 17ft x 17ft Family Tiger Castle for all other ages.
Ob course for up to 10 year olds.
 Sumo Suits and Gladiator Games for adults.
